The location was central, making it easy to get around.
My room was quite cold in the evenings, though I visited in January. I was limited to only two hours of heater use per day, insufficient. Hot water was inconsistent and lasted only a few minutes, becoming cold quickly. the noise from the staff and street was very loud, and often started early in the morning.

the staff was helpful and kind in many ways. rooms included attached bathrooms. value was excellent for the price. staff gives advice on how to navigate the area, so it was helpful.
The water for the shower and the air conditioning needed to be requested from reception! and they turned the hot water off after a few minutes. I found this a bit inconvenient.

The staff helped me book tickets for my next destination. They provided assistance with SIM cards. They also gave helpful advice. The metro map with destination suggestions proved useful. The metro was easy to navigate.
The bathroom was very small. The shower was very close to the toilet. The bathroom sometimes had a sewage smell. The Wi-Fi was quite patchy and very slow when working.

the staff was super helpful arranging tickets and offering great advice. amit was so kind. He was always ready with a laugh! the metro map with destination suggestions was a lifesaver, and using the metro was surprisingly easy. i ended up coming back because it felt so cute.
The bathroom was quite small, and the shower felt VERY close to the toilet. sometimes, there was a sewage smell in the bathroom and room. the neighborhood was also very noisy. Earplugs are a MUST for sleeping!

the room included comfortable bedding, fresh towels and reliable air conditioning , made relaxing easy after long days. housekeeping ensured the space remained super clean with regular cleaning services and the room also had a safe. it was a GREAT comfort knowing my belongings were secure.

manish, the receptionist, was really good!!! he addressed all my questions with a positive and polite attitude. ali was also super communicative, providing clear directions to find the hotel.
during check-in, i felt uncomfortable as i noticed staff members speaking about us in hindi right in front of us. the bedsheets and pillowcases looked unchanged upon arrival, requiring us to request fresh ones. this.

the hotel manager responded very quickly and did their best to assist with all requests. some staff members provided extra assistance, like accompanying guests to the tailor. ravi and ali were also very helpful .

the staff were very good, ravi at reception was very kind.
I didn't like the noise. there was a continuous and very annoying noise, like an old air conditioner motor, right outside my window. It never stopped, day or night. breakfast was just coffee and a banana, disappointing. the room wasn't properly cleaned, which bothered me a lot
